Returns & Order Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, email hello@bayoucowboy.com with your order number and clear photos, preferably within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We do not offer voluntary size/color exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Contact us before returning anything. We’ll provide instructions; our business address is not a returns address. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, with processing time depending on your provider.

For order changes, cancellations or missing parcels, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production starts.

Your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation rights, are unaffected.
