Bayou Cowboy is operated by BC Merchandise LLC. This policy covers personal information used through our store and customer support.

Orders and support

We use your contact and delivery details, order history, account preferences, payment status and messages to process purchases, deliver products, answer questions, resolve issues, prevent fraud and maintain required records. Payment credentials are processed through Shopify and payment providers.

Information comes from you and the services used to process your order. We share what is needed with Shopify, payment providers, Printful, delivery carriers and email/support providers. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.

Website data and Shopify

Shopify uses cookies, IP addresses, device information and browsing/cart activity to operate, secure and measure the store. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify supports analytics, personalization and advertising. Shopify is responsible for its processing for these enhanced services. See its Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Portal.

This can count as data sharing, sale or targeted advertising under applicable laws. Where those rights apply, use Your Privacy Choices to opt out. Shopify recognizes Global Privacy Control signals in regions covered by our opt-out settings. Where a cookie banner appears, use it to manage consent.

Storage and your rights

We retain information as needed for orders, accounts, support, legal records and disputes. We use our providers’ security controls; no system guarantees complete security. Providers may process data outside your country. Shopify’s Data Processing Addendum describes its international-transfer safeguards.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sharing and targeted advertising. Email hello@bayoucowboy.com to request help, raise a concern or appeal a decision. We may verify identity and retain records where legally required. Authorized agents may act where permitted. We respond within applicable deadlines without discrimination. You may also complain to your local privacy authority where that right applies.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe; order messages will continue. Our store is intended for adults. Contact us if a child has provided personal information.
